    The owner and sole worker of this business broke both my rear automatic windows, didn't ground the amps properly, didn't ground the head unit properly, product pricing was hundreds of dollars above RRP, argued with me and told me that he didn't want my business when I brought in a pre-purchased head unit, he wanted an additional two hundred dollars ontop of the 6 products purchased and installation cost because due to serving customers all day the installation took longer than expected. Last but not least, when I went back to him about the windows he told me that it was my problem and not his.

    Been to Westend a few times over the years since I moved to Armidale. I own speakers ranging from $50 to $2000 and he really knows his stuff. He's always happy to explain what he's doing and takes the time to help. I've had him recover sub-woofers I thought were dead and right now as I type I'm listening to my new sub-woofer, picked up today at a good price after his recommendation and it sound superb.
