  Endless frustration awaits those foolish enough to use these "Operators". Most inefficient, ineffective, costly experience I have ever had the misfortune of having, when dealing with an Australian business. I don't believe they could organise a chook raffle in a bingo hall. If you like your calls not returned, your emails ignored, other parties not kept up to speed, numerous delays, use these guys. Told initially, one and a half weeks before Easter, no reason why settlement cannot occur by Easter, then after numerous non returned calls after Easter (And before as well), told settlement would occur on the Monday after the following weekend at lunchtime (actually 14.30hours) actually receive an email to inform me of settlement time, I, in turn, request I be rung or sent a text to inform me when settlement has finalised, no call, I call, as per usual away from their desk, no returned call, make a physical appearance in office, told settlement went through at 15.20 notification sent to Real estate agent (Receptionist informed me of this) this is at 15.50. Went to Real estate agent in the hope of obtaining keys (Public holiday next day), Real estate agent informs me nothing received, I ring receptionist she informs me it is up to the vendors solicitor to inform the agent, gave up, went away in disgust.

  These bunch at Northern star are absolutely incompetent. They are form fillers and nothing else.

  After 2 years of trying to sell, in a flooded market with few buyers, these incompetent, useless bunch are about to screw everything up.
