  Been deal with them couple of times during few years times and will never go back again if I can do it online, employees are rude and don't have much idea about their products, won't recommoned this place to anyone I know.

  The significant qualification for working there seems to be a complete lack of social skills. Every question is met with incredulity (as though you are a moron for not quite understanding the jargon), sullen resistance or blank stares.

  Every order is late, every piece of advice is flawed. I can't understand how Optus, as a huge multinational corporation, permits such low standards in its retail representatives.

  The staff at this particular store are really quite rude and dismissive. They are also often inefficient and incompetent. I always try to deal with optus online or using the chat. Even the phone techs are much better than the store employees.

  This store is the worst Optus store I have ever been to very rude, incompetent and unhelpful to say the least. Both the store manager and the second in charge are the worst with there customer service skills both of them do not understand any of the company's policies clearly and need retraining or the loss of there job. I would not recommend this store to anyone or Optus because of this store. The one star rate was only because I had to put it there.
