    Very surprised. The coffee was alot better than other Gloria Jean's sites. Friendly staff also.

    Very poor service order item that was serve (nothing like menu ingredients missing) when ask to have fixed was remade still missing ingredients when questioned this was told they had none. Why are you selling if ingredients not available. Would be easier just to advise customer so something else could be ordered. Instead left with item that was put in bin. Attempted to contact by phone to discuss with management only to get an answering machine that is full so could not even discuss problems. Very poor service and product I thought Gloria jeans had standards to meet for their products ☹️

    Staff were kind and a joy to talk to, fast service and coffee, cakes and chillers were delicous.

    How can you burn coffee??? Your a renowned coffee chain yet my flat white is burnt to all ends!
