  Oh, and as for there not being a problem with the locking system? I've had the car for thirty minutes now and it's played up three times. It really took you eight days and you didn't find anything? I find that hard to believe.

  Suspension collapsed shortly after, bushes and suspension were NOT done and the leaf springs are rooted. Silly me didn't check trusted them and they did a dodgy roadworthy! NOT SAFE especially for a 2t-2.5t rated trailer!

  I'm new to town and needed a service on my VF Commodore. I was recommended to go to Graham Betts and I am very pleased with the service i received from them, staff are super helpful and there courtesy drop off service was great.

  After being charged a ridiculous amount to fix the locking system in my car, I got it back only to find that the minute I turned it on, the locking system was still stuffing up. Took it back, where they kept it for two days, and was told that nothing was wrong with it, despite one of the staff members being in the car with me and hearing the system go off. Was invited to bring it back again and leave it with them from Monday to Friday to see if they could find the problem (which they had supposedly fixed, and charged me nearly $800 for).

  First drive with the trailer, lose a hub as the bearings were shot. Got them all replaced by ANOTHER mechanic and they were clearly rooted.

  Apparently replaced the bearings in a trailer and replaced bushes and other suspension components then roadworthied the trailer.

  Absolutely disgusted with this place. Went in and was greeted with filthy cars, filthy offices and bald face liars... Tara should be ashamed of herself. I was hard pressed to get any customer service, let alone for them to return my calls. After talking to others around town this seems to be the way they deal with business on a daily basis... unfortunately I have to put one star as there is no option for anything less... Decided to take my business out of town and was extremely happy with the purchase of my brand new Holden.

  Not only did they keep my car for three days longer than I was advised, they charged me for having it for that long, told me that there was no problem found, but that the problem would cost over $1000 to repair. So which is it? You never made a mistake so there's nothing to fix? Or you did make a mistake and there's a problem that needs to be fixed?
