    Had a driveshaft vibration. Was told theyd checked it and it was a damaged gearbox that needed to be sent to tamworth to a specialist. Checked it myself and it was 1 loose bolt that they would jave found if they had actually checked it...

    My car sat at the shop for the whole day just for a half hour pinkslip job, called them and they told me it was done... when i went in the store my car hadnt been moved since i dropped it in at 7am in the morning. Above all else even when they did start the check up they took their sweet time, and still took hours. Overall i was frankly quite infuriated with my experience
