  it was really very bad experience for me today, i entered to shop at 11.50 am and i was selecting various items which cost around 60 $ actually i am loyal customer , i was buying cloths for my family back in india so it was taking long time for selecting, I bought 14 items which takes long time to select . when i finish there was long queue in front , i was waiting and went for selecting some more items , after my friends purchased i was on the queue but it was 7 minutes late which means around at 2.07 minutes , then that old lady(GLENDA) started shouting at me and was very angry on me i was saying sorry many times , she was saying , if i am really sorry then i would have finished before 2 pm , and she admitted that she will not get pay after 2 pm so why she needs to serve, i was in hurry to make payment then she asked me my millers membership card actually i was suppose give my details then she was so rude and said that your are crossing your limit just wait , then i was shocked why she is behaving like that. so my question is , is this the way she treats customers , she was serving polite with others but why she was very rude to me , she is showing racism on me because i'm from international , i never seen like this lady in 3 years of experience in australia, she made me upset on mothers day , i felt so sad . i know how one seller behavior at customer , i am a owner of Dominos , some times customers call after trade hours 11pm, actually i close at 10pm, but i do serve then because customer satisfaction is very important for business, i never be rude with customer like her. im very upset with her.

  Disgusting experience with the staff MEL (old lady). Product items are quite good, GLENDA other staff member was nice. There was long waiting in the counter and we were delayed 5 mins after closing time. She was quite upset with that and refused to serve us. We wanted to buy 50$ to grab the discount offer but she was impatient and finished the bill with 47$ not letting us to pay for the other item we just bought. Such a arrogant women shouldn't kept at customer service area. Horrible service today made all day go bad.
