  Recently we have bought 2 Timberline vanities for our 2 newly renovated bathrooms . The choice was based on their 10 years warranty, locally made, great looking products.

  Was very surprised by the quality of our vanity, the 2pac is very well laid and the construction and hinges are of extremely high quality. The basin has very little distortion compared to many cheap overseas versions we looked at prior. The packing for the shipping was hectic, so be prepared for a dump run to remove it, however without a doubt kept it safe and secure in transit to Queensland. Highly recommend their friendly team.

  The after sales service has been one of the best in industry. When we noticed small problem with vanity door, they solved it in one day! Both managers: Mr. Don Scott, and Mr. Mark Coleman were actively involved. Mark came to our house, thoroughly examined the vanity. It was not "clear cut" case and it was not company fault, but they were willing to replace the door for me at their expense!

  Absolutely terrible service. After being advised the laundry cupboards and bench top we ordered would take 6 days to make and send to Victoria, we are advised it will be three weeks. Totally deceptive behaviour and a blatant outright lie. We chose this company based on their supposed "6 day delivery". Two kids under 6 and no laundry in the middle of winter is not my idea of fun. Builders booked based on the lead-time we were given and we even added a few more days to it to be certain. Now we will be waiting at least another 10 days for delivery and 3 weeks for the builder to be able to fit us in again. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Makes it very hard for their distributor also, who were also told 6 day lead time. What a crock!

  I would come back to the Timberline when I need more bathroom cabinets. Both quality of the products and service are v second to none!
