  we stayed in the king size bed it was very hard & uncomfortable by 4am i could not take it so i sat on the couch with back pain from the bed the room was nice and clean but we would not stay here again for $170 a night i would like a much better bed i have stayed incheaper motels with nicer beds

  The room was clean but very basic. Toilitries where very cheap in regards to quality. The noise from the bathroom toilet was extremely noisy. If you used the toilet in the night be prepared to stay awake. The constant early morning dog barking from the attached residence made sleeping past 8am impossible. The receptionist was rude and very uncaring. Well past her hospitality use by date. All in all a quite unpleasant experience, there are plenty of goid accomadation options in Armidale, this is not one of them. Buyer beware. I know the response to this will be the typical 'we are sorry for your experience etc' so my reply is,you are in hospitality there are basic rules try following them.

  Friendly reception staff. Very clean amenities. Toaster microwave and kettle as well as fridge in unit. Backs onto a sports field so quiet at night. Opposite bowling club and short walk to local pubs and restaurants as well as coles express and shops for those looking for food options. Good value. Low set for those with mobility issues.
